T.I.P.S or the Technical Information Portal Service, is an interactive library of electronic files used to deliver enhanced information services to our customers. This tool improves both safety and productivity. The portal enables customers to operate the lowest cost per ton by providing the critical information they want, when they need it.
One of the challenges in the development of intelligent information is in the delivery of relevant information to the individuals who need to use it. Traditional methods of information delivery generally limit the number of users. This means that the full impact of the information is often lost. Even for the person who has full access to the information, the sheer volume of data makes it difficult to find a particular item when needed.
