TIPS has the ability to add items from a Parts Catalog to a shopping cart. You can save shopping carts, export them to Excel, and download or email them. They are not currently linked to Joy's ERP system for automatic ordering, but you can create a cart and save or email the list.

A) Shopping Cart Manager
Click the shopping cart manager button to open the shopping cart manager, which allows you to create new carts, save carts and export carts.

B) Toggle Carts
Toggle between your current cart and saved carts.

C) Save Cart
Input box to name and save your cart.

D) Export Cart
Click to export the cart to an Excel file which you can either download or email.

E) New Cart
Click to create a new cart.

To add parts to a shopping cart, simply click on the Shopping Cart Icon (Section J) when viewing a page of a parts catalog. The shopping cart will open and display the part that you've just added to the cart.

Note: each time you click the shopping cart icon, a quantity of one (1) will be added to the cart. You can click multiple times to add a larger quantity, you simply edit the quantity column in the cart.

STEP 1) Click on the Export to XLS button (Section D)

STEP 2) On the right hand side, select whether you'd like to download or email the XLS file.

STEP 3) Fill out the fields on the left hand side.

STEP 4.a) If you selected Email XLS in step 2, click on the Add Recipient button to add the recipient to the recipient list. Then click Send Email.

STEP 4.b) If you selected Download XLS in step 2, click on the Generate button.
